We pride ourselves in how well we take care of our clients, and we know that biting the bullet and actually launching a website can seem like a door is closing! We truly do want you to have the website you want, that’s why we make sure there is a 30 day Grace period even after the closing payment and launch of your website. We tend to agree with our clients that the closing balance is due on the training day just prior to the launch of your site, and when you're completely happy!
The grace period means that if there are any changes you wish us to make, including any additions or work (which falls within the initial design brief) there is NO EXTRA CHARGE WITHIN THIS PERIOD.
This grace period allows you breathing space, and makes launching a site more comfortable, as if the project is still open.
